Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. "", "we" and "us" mean Zizouna Collectibles LLC, a New York limited liability company. The website runs on software provided by Volo.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile number (if you want text updates), mailing address, and the details and photos of cards you submit. When you accept an offer and sign an agreement, we also keep your typed signature and the date and time you signed.

Payout details. If you add them, the bank account details we use to pay you by ACH or wire: account holder, bank name, routing number, account number and, for wires, beneficiary and bank addresses and SWIFT code.

Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and verified email address with us. We don't receive your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.

Technical information. Your IP address and browser type when you sign an agreement (kept as part of the signing record), and basic server logs that help us keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use it

To review your cards, make offers, sell cards at auction on your behalf, pay you, and send you updates about your submissions; to verify identity and ownership and prevent fraud; to keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes; and to answer your questions. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Auction venues and buyers. When we list a card, we share the card's details and photos. We don't share your name or contact details with a venue or buyer unless a venue requires it to process the sale, or the law requires it.

Banks and payment providers, to send you money.

Service providers that run parts of the site for us under confidentiality obligations: website hosting and file storage (Vercel), and email (Google Workspace).

Authorities, where the law requires it, or where we reasonably believe a card is stolen or counterfeit, as described in our purchase and consignment agreements.

A buyer of our business, if is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How we protect it

Your files and records are stored privately and are only available to you and to 's authorised staff. Bank details are encrypted when stored and are only shown to you in masked form. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have cards with us, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal reasons, normally up to seven years after your last transaction. Payout details are deleted sooner if you remove them and have no payments pending.

7. Your choices

You can see and update most of your information in Offers and your account. You can ask us to send you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it, by emailing zizouna@volo.shop. We may need to keep some records where the law requires. You can turn off text updates at any time.

8. Children

This service is only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you by email first.
