Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Zizouna Collectibles LLC, a New York limited liability company ("", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Selling a card through is also governed by the consignment agreement you sign when you submit it; if the two conflict, the consignment agreement controls for that card.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You must give accurate information and only submit cards you own or are authorised to sell.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google or with a link we email you. Keep access to your email and Google account secure; you're responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being misused.

3. Submissions, offers and estimates

Asking for a quote is free and doesn't oblige you to sell, or us to make an offer or accept the card. Offers are valid only for the time stated. A deal is made only when you accept an offer and sign the agreement for it: a purchase agreement for an instant bid, or a consignment agreement for an auction. Any estimate or price guidance on the site is an opinion, not a promise of what a card will sell for.

4. What you mustn't do

Don't submit counterfeit, altered, stolen or misdescribed cards; use someone else's identity or account; upload anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights; interfere with the site's security or operation; or scrape, copy or resell the site's content without our permission.

5. Photos and content you upload

You keep ownership of your photos. You allow to use them, and to edit them for presentation, to review, list, market and sell your card and to keep a record of the transaction.

6. Our content

The site, its design and its content belong to or its licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose only. Card names and grading company names belong to their owners and are used only to describe cards.

7. Third-party services

The site links to and relies on others, such as auction venues, grading companies, shipping carriers and Google. We aren't responsible for their services, websites or policies.

8. No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site (as opposed to a consigned card, which the consignment agreement covers) is limited to $100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover 's reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by New York law. Disputes about a card you've sold or consigned to us are resolved as set out in the agreement you signed for it. Any other dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and the version in force when you use the site applies. Changes never alter an agreement you've already signed.
